NOT TO BE MISSED!
This year, take part in a tour of Lutyens sites in the Somme (Arras), Normandy and Varengeville-sur-Mer. We are delighted to welcome back Professor Mark Connelly, who so enthusiastically lead the tour to Belgium in 2019, and our CWGC colleagues Jon Gedling and David Richardson.
Whilst on the road, Candia Lutyens will be offering tuition in photographing these poignant and beautiful sites. Candia is a recognised creative fine art photographer and can both help you get the best out of your digital camera and show you some apps to get stunning images from your phone.
The final itinerary will be confirmed soon and we hope to include access to Lutyens’s houses at Verengeville-sur-Mer for the Mallet family.
The price includes midi-coach transport (15th-17th); a group dinner on Saturday night (3-courses, excludes drinks); 1 pre-fixe lunch at Thiepval, 2 packed-lunches, a reception at a chateau with architect Liam O’Connor and entrance fees.
