The Speaker

Stuart Martin of Stuart Martin Architects

Founded by Stuart Martin in 1996, Stuart Martin Architects are based near Evershot in Dorset. Initially focussing on conservation work, the practice is increasingly involved in new-build projects within the classical and vernacular tradition. We specialise in one-off houses, whether repairing and extending listed buildings or creating new buildings in rural and urban contexts. We have worked all over England, from the Lake District to Cornwall and from Norfolk to Herefordshire.

The Lutyens Trust ran a tour to 3 of Stuart’s houses in 2017.

Price: £15 including a glass of wine.
